Troels joined Capital Four in 2025 from a position as HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, where he supported one of the company’s major expansion projects.

Prior to that, he held senior HRBP roles at P27 Nordic Payments and Nordea. He brings broad experience within leadership development, organizational change, and employee well-being across the Nordic region. Troels also draws on a strong foundation in leadership from his long military career, having served as a Captain in the Royal Danish Army. His approach is grounded in strategic partnership, with a strong focus on creating healthy, high-performing work environments.
