Our strategy centers around sponsor-driven transactions, predominantly backed by private equity firms, which offer both capital and strategic support. We target companies with EBITDA ranging from EUR 10-20million, offering both senior and subordinated loans. Senior loans are prioritized for repayment, while subordinated loans are repaid after senior obligations are met.

Investment opportunities are available through closed-end funds, designed with a fixed number of shares and a set maturity date. With EUR 4.9 billion in assets managed as of March 2026, our robust financing solutions are designed to empower growth in the lower middle-market.
