Lisa joined the business in 2013 and has more than 20 years of relevant experience. Based in London, Lisa is the firm’s ESG Champion and leads global asset management for the Debt business. She is responsible for all of the analytical processes, credit risk assessment and valuation policies of the debt team. Lisa is also a member of the Debt Investment Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was Associate Director and Head of Portfolio Management, Infrastructure & Renewables, at NIBC Bank, where she ran a book of over 120 debt transactions across Europe. She also worked for IKB Deutsche Industriebank and for Abbey National (now Santander). She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Honors) from the University of Manchester.
