Karan joined the business in 2018 and has 10 years of relevant experience. Karan focuses on Equity transactions and asset management. He was previously a director on the boards of companies relating to Phoenix Energy and New South Wales Land Registry Services.
Prior to joining the firm, Karan worked in the Power and Utilities team of KPMG’s Deal Advisory function, primarily covering clients in the renewable and flexible generation space. He previously worked as a credit and market risk analyst at Barclays. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick. He is a CFA charter holder and is ACA qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
