Prior to joining Capital Four in April 2021, Jan worked for the last 16 years at Nordea Asset Management where he was head of institutional distribution for the German market and managing director of their German subsidiary.

Jan started his financial career at Baring Asset Management in London in 1998. Jan holds degrees in business studies from Fachhochschule Flensburg and in accounting and finance from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology. Jan is a CFA charterholder.
