Hringur joined Capital Four as a student analyst in May 2018. In February 2020 Hringur started full-time as a quant analyst.

He holds a MSc degree in Mathematical Modelling and Computation from the Technical University of Denmark.

Hringur previously worked full-time as a software developer for 1.5 years and holds a B.Sc. degree in Software Engineering from the University of Iceland.
