Eric joined Capital Four from Aon Advantage Funds, where he spent over three years sourcing, underwriting, and managing growth-stage direct loans.

Previously, he spent nearly six years at Allianz Global Investors as part of the U.S. Private Credit team, focusing on originating, underwriting, and managing middle-market direct and syndicated loans across performing, distressed, and opportunistic strategies. Earlier in his career, Eric spent four years at TIAA Investments conducting public fixed income research.

He began his career as an analyst at UBS after graduating from Cornell University.
