Althea Spinozzi has over 15 years of experience in global fixed income markets. Before joining Capital Four in January 2025,she was Head of Fixed Income Strategy at Saxo Bank. Her earlier roles include positions at Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, Mitsubishi UFJ, and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she worked in Sales & Trading with corporate and government bonds, as well as leveraged loans. Earlier in her career, she worked for the United Nations, supporting the Mexican government in designing frameworks to expand SME access to financing.

Althea holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University.
