Moritz joined Capital Four on a 3-month internship in August 2018. Moritz joined again the Private Debt team as Assistant Analyst in September 2019 while studying for his MSc. In September 2021 Moritz started as a full-time Institutional Client Portfolio Manager in the Client Relations team.

Moritz holds a MSc degree in Finance and Investments from Copenhagen Business School and a BA degree in Business Economics from University of Witten/Herdecke in Germany.

During his studies, Moritz held various student positions in Asset Management, CIB and Global Markets at HSBC and Barclays. Moritz also did internships in Transaction Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in the Financial Market Stabilisation Authority at the German Federal Ministry of Finance.
