Mads joined Capital Four in August 2022 as ESG Analyst.

Previously, Mads worked at Sampension as a Senior Consultant where he has been driving the ESG decision-making forum for the Management and Board level Committee for Responsible Investments. Before that, Mads worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities and at the Central Bank of Denmark.

Mads holds an MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen.
