Prior to joining Capital Four in March 2020, Morten worked for Marathon Asset Management, LP in London as a Managing Director in Investor Relations.

Previously he worked for International Asset Management as CEO and also led efforts around product design and bespoke investor solutions. Morten started his career at Putnam Lovell in 2001, working within Mergers & Acquisitions for asset managers.

Morten holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford and a MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
