Viktoria joined Capital Four in October 2017 from a position at the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, DVCA. While at DVCA, Viktoria was responsible for coordinating and organizing annual Nordic investor conferences with a focus on DVCA’s Nordic PE conference and the Nordic Fundraising Summit. She was furthermore in charge of business development, marketing and back office management.

Viktoria holds a MSc in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School. She has completed two courses in project management with Implement Consulting Group and has international work experience from France, Morocco and Kenya.
