Mette joined Capital Four in March 2020.

Mette joined Capital Four as an intern and continued into a full time position upon graduating her MSc.

Mette has previously worked as Junior Consultant at NXT LVL & Stadil Advice assisting with maintenance of employee review systems, leadership training and facilitating networking events.

Mette has a MSc in Humans Resources from Copenhagen Business School.
