Jan joined Capital Four in July 2021 from SEB Leveraged Finance, Stockholm where he worked for close to 17 years being responsible for origination, execution and monitoring of leveraged financing structures including senior debt, mezzanine and equity.

Previously, Jan held positions within Equity Capital Markets at Credit Suisse, London and Equity Capital Markets/Mergers & Acquisitions at BNP Paribas in London, Paris and Frankfurt.

Jan holds a MSc in Finance (Diplom Kaufmann) from University of Regensburg, Germany and a MSc in Finance and Marketing from Audencia Business School (Grande Ecole de Commerce) in Nantes, France.
