Sandro Näf

Sandro joined Capital Four Management in July 2007 from Nordea Investment Management, where he was responsible for Nordea’s Alternative Fixed Income Group.  He joined Nordea in 1999, initiated Nordea’s High Yield effort in 2000 and established Nordea’s Fixed Income Hedge Fund in 2004. Prior to joining Nordea, Sandro worked with Credit Suisse in New York (f/k/a BEA Associates), London and Zürich in various roles in Fixed Income and Corporate Finance.  He holds an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Computer Science from ITR Rapperswil. 

thomas rudbeck

 Prior to joining Capital Four Management in July 2007, Thomas was responsible for all of Nordea Capital Market’s credit trading and structure credit trading businesses. During his tenure he developed Nordea’s cash, cds and index trading capabilities, established platforms for correlation, and tranched credit trading and launched several CDOs and bespoke index transactions. He joined Nordea from Nykredit Bank, where he was a proprietary trader, responsible for corporate bonds, from 1995 to 2000. Thomas holds a MS in Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Henrik østergaard

 Henrik joined Capital Four Management in July 2007 from Nordea Investment Management, where he had day to day portfolio management responsibilities for some of Nordea’s High Yield / Hedge Fund portfolios and covered several industry sectors as a research analyst. He joined Nordea from Handelsbanken in 1999, where he held a position in Capital Markets Sales. From 1994 to 1997 he worked at Unibank Capital Markets (now Nordea). He holds an MS in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and is a CFA charterholder.

Torben Skødeberg

Torben joined Capital Four Management in July 2007 from Nordea Investment Management, where he had day to day portfolio management responsibilities for some of Nordea’s High Yield / Hedge Fund portfolios and covered several industry sectors as a research analyst. Torben joined Nordea from SEB Asset Management Copenhagen, where he was responsible for risk management. Prior to SEB Torben worked at Nordea Group Treasury, where he developed credit risk models. He holds a MS in Mathematics and Economics from Copenhagen University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Laust Johnsen

Associate

 

Laust joined Capital Four Management during 2007 from Nordea Investment Management. During his tenure with Nordea, Laust has worked as a quantitative Analyst with responsibilities for various risk management and performance analysis tasks. Previously, Laust has worked with Nykredit Group Finance, where he has been reporting loan portfolio characteristics to rating agencies. He holds a MS in Economics from Copenhagen University.
